The casino has 35,000 square feet of gaming space that holds about 2,300 slots, video poker, and keno machines. The property was expanded further in 2007 adding car parks, a pool, spa, administrative towers, a new ballroom, and an additional gaming area. In 2004 they began renovating a Best Western hotel at this location which opened in 2005.
In 2023, the Fife location is a popular local spot as well as a favorite concert and entertainment destination in the Pacific Northwest region and includes a 103-room and suite hotel, alongside a 25,000 square foot multi-purpose event space and ballroom. The federally-recognized tribe's first casino venture was a paddle boat casino in the Port which they vacated to build a facility in Tacoma, now known as the Emerald Queen Casino & Hotel (EQC Tacoma). It is owned and managed by the Puyallup Tribe.
